Share sessions and results
Choose between delivering a file, using a shared folder, or creating a read-only session snapshot according to what the recipient needs.

Choose the right scope
| Recipient needs | Suitable approach |
|---|---|
| Only the final file | Download it or use an accessible shared folder |
| The discussion and process | Create a session share snapshot |
| Ongoing collaboration | Use a channel and shared resources |
| Public assets | Use explicitly public organization files |

Create a snapshot
Open the session's Share control, read the notice, and create a link. The result is read-only; it does not let the recipient operate your original session.
The link can also access permitted session-drive files present when the snapshot was created. It does not expose all your other drives, but it is broader than sharing only the final reply.
Anyone who obtains the link can read the snapshot and its permitted files. Forwarding the link expands the audience.
Review before sharing
Check customer data, private discussions, contacts, account information, and attachments. If only the final report is needed, delivering a clean file makes the scope easier to review.
Do not assume later messages automatically appear in an earlier snapshot. Check the preview and replace the link when an updated share is needed.
Revoke or replace
Return to sharing controls to revoke or replace a link. Revocation invalidates the current link; replacement invalidates the old one. Creating or replacing links may be restricted by organization settings.
Revocation cannot retrieve copies, screenshots, or downloads already made by recipients.
Troubleshoot access
Check the full link, its current validity, and whether referenced files still exist. An ordinary internal drive path may require login and permissions; it is not a public download link.
If sharing is disabled, check organization policy. Moving internal documents into public storage is not an appropriate way to bypass those rules.
